He is super nice and tries to make his lectures helpful. If you attend class you will do better, and if you don't like how he teaches TELL HIM. He even says the first day of class to give him feedback about how he teaches. If you read your textbook like you're supposed to you will do fine. He's sweet.

I don't understand why everyone is complaining that his lectures don't use the textbook. He says that first class that lectures will be for your general education, not for your schooling. I loved taking his course, he was well informed and very helpful. If you're interested in psych, then he is a good professor.

AVOID AVOID!! this man does not lecture at all about what's going to be on the exam he lectures about random stuff that's not going to be on the exam and leaves you to learn all of the exam material on your own out of the text. I was so interested in Childhood psychology until this class...I busted my butt and still ended up with a C

If you are a slacker you will NOT enjoy his classes! In class Bill does not explain the text, instead he tells stories to inspire his students. You will be tested on the text. If asked to bring an outline for an essay exam, ask questions (I asked how detailed it could be). During the exam, I relaxed as I copied out my essay word for word- easy A+!!

Roberts knows his stuff, but fails to teach his knowledge well. To pass his tests, I simply took notes out of the textbook instead of taking notes during his lectures (and got better grades than most)! He's boring, and tries to pack too much information into his lectures.

Nice teacher who knows what he is talking about. You don't have to go to class to get a good mark. Very willing to help his students on papers. I've taken three of his classes and he's a fairly easy teacher. Tests are usually all multiple choice and he's always willing to let you redo a paper

Great man who is very passionate about Psychology. He is very open to helping you get a good mark in the class. He is very patient and caring of his students. However, his lectures do not leave much to be desired for but as long as you read and understand the chapters you will do well and get a good grade!

Easiest class to get a good grade in without any effort. Guy is unbearable to listen to, so i never went to a single class besides the mid terms and to hand in one essay that you either get a 0 a 60 or a 100 on. To study for the exam I literally just read the bold terms for each chapter in the text. passed with an A

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HIM!!! He makes you download a stupid program that won't even work with Vista or a Mac. And he's so boring I want to rip my eyes out. I suggest you stay completely away from him at all costs. Plus, he laughs at his own jokes, which aren't even funny

omg its only been like 3 class and im already done with the course. his lectures are long, pointless, and not at all helpful, basically you just read the textbook and teach yourself "ya" he thinks that everyones been going to university they're whole lives but guess what WE HAVEN"T stay clear of this guy unless you enjoy being bored and frustrated!

Not a great instructor but doesn't need to be as he teaches right out of the text. (only a concern if prof. deviates from text, which he doesn't) Sometimes seems more interested in who did the study than what the study achieved. Exams are difficult so he can scale, problem is it groups everyone together without much separation.

Bill's courses are challenging but fair. Most students don't seem willing to do the work it takes to get the most out of this class. He treats students like adults - expects them to come to class prepared. I like that and learned alot.

He is always late for class by at least 10 minutes. He makes you buy and use a useless computer program that is about 20 years old and doesn't run on all systems. Wants things done his way (which is a ridiculous concept only he can understand), and 80% of the class has to redo the biblio. (BTW the outline his way is not helpful for writing papers)
