if you're an accounting major u basically have no choice but to take him for income taxes. often tells u what problems u need to know for an exam then when u take the exam it's completely different. expects u to show up for class even if a family member dies. makes principles of accounting look like tv watching 101.

Sullivan is such a great guy!He's really down to earth and knows what he's talking about. I really feel like im learning useful information. He does tend to rush through things and assumes you know stuff ahead of time that you might not. His quizzes are easy if you study and his tests are fair but still kinda hard.

Tough but fair. Will go out of his way to help you. He's intimidating the first couple of weeks (I actually assumed he was in a war or something) but that's because he has high expectations of everyone. Show up for class, get a good idea of the material, and you're clear.

He is a great professor. He really wants to help you if you want to learn. I wasn't doing well at all in the beginning and i went to him for help and he was extremely nice and so helpful. I ended up with 98's. He may seem intimidating but he really is not. He tells you exactly what you need to know just take good notes.

Sullivan is an extremely remarkable teacher. He is a very nice person and a scholar. He has his MBA and has taken the CPA exam. He knows what he is talking about. If you take good notes you should do very well on the exam, especially since he puts much effort to make you understand the material.
