Comment:

This is one of the hardest classes I have taken. He mainly lectures and it is hard to see what he is writing. Best bet is read his slides and sailors examples he gives. If you take this class you should come out with a totally comprehensive ability of the material. Just his tests and quizzes are really tough. But he is fair and curves.

Don't bother emailing this professor.. never returns emails! Requires you to turn in your projects EXACTLY on time but will never give you a grade. I recieved my grades 2 hours before he posted the final grades. Avoid this professor at all cost!

He was fair, as someone else said, hes the best professor (except Dr. Ras), its not an easy class, but... it is a GRADUATE course.. Final is NO JOKE.. but you HAVE to take it, and between him and the other guy who teaches it, you want Wu.

He knows everything in database. I feel one should appreciate the knowledge rather that deprecating the language. I dont see anybody comparable to him on campus in databases. Awesome professor.

Good teacher, english isn't great, but he isnt hard to follow. Unlike many other profs he not only reads the slides, but he explains the concepts. His midterm is fair, gives credit for attending class, He gives students every opportunity to pass.

Nearly impossible to understand (English is really bad). Lecture consists of Powerpoint slides you can easily view without bothering to attend class. Assumes the student already knows Java even if you learned a different language in your intro courses.
