TAKE HIM. I suck at math but this professor is good at teaching and he really cares if his students are not understanding. Write down good notes, and if the chapter is hard work on the hw and ask questions. Seems like he comes of rude, but thats just him, hes really nice. Best CSUSB Math Professor.

He gives a study guide for quizzes and exams. I would recommend taking him for any class. 7 quizzes in total but only your best 5 are counted towards your grade. 2 midterms and a final. He does not give out extra credit. The only way to fail his class is if you don't show up to lectures. You don't need to buy the book.

I was so nervous for this class. He is extremely clear, and will do all the problems in class. The quizzes and tests are off of those problems in class, and the hw. He has strong accent, but you quickly adjust. Hes a nice man, probably retiring soon. Take him at any possible chance you have!

His class was super easy in my opinion, however, if you struggled with Math 212, this class may be a bit of a challenge for you. Grade based on three tests and five quizzes. No homework! His lectures were good, but he lost me sometimes. Try not to miss class because it's hard to follow someone else's notes. Overall, Hasan was great!

Great professor, really good with notes and very specific. Will look around to see lost faces and once he does he explains the matter until it is well understood. Homework is not mandatory but homework and other assigned assignments really help for exams and quizzes. Would definitely take this professor again.

Regarding Real Analysis, I think he is far better at explaining the concepts and gives more examples than Dr. Lo ever did. He gives you study guides for quizzes and exams. Awesome class. Avoid Dr. Lo at all costs for Math 553. Take ANY class with Hasan though.

One of the best math professors/teachers I've ever had. Very thorough lectures, he makes topics easy to understand. Fairly easy tests and grading. No assignments, just go over the study guides he gives and listen to his lectures for a good grade on tests. Don't bother with the book, his study guides and lectures are more than enough.

Easy Professor. i think everyone in my class got an A. His study guides are exactly like the exams. So study them and you will get an easy A. Unfortunately, the class was too easy and I did not learn the material very well.

Dr. Hasan is one of the best professors at CSUSB. His lectures are very clear and he assigns study guides for EVERYTHING: weekly quizzes, midterm, and final. The study guides are essentially the tests, so if you understand the study guide, you'll do exceptional on the test. He gives awesome feedback and reviews topics for students falling behind.
