I have taken Math 116 with Professor Buffa. His lectures are really interesting, but unfortunetly I did not do the homework (which is optional) and that made my grade drop. But if you do the hw and practice test you should be good. He also gives extra credit that adds 8 points on your FINAL grade! Definitely do it!

Very good Prof. Whatever you do, do the extra credit assignment!!!! You will hate your life while doing it but it will add 8 points on to your final average. His tests are exactly like his practice tests and I suggest that you do the homework or you will be lost. Attendance is mandatory if you want to survive in this class

Best Math Teacher Ever! Homework is not handed. Gives practice test which is the same as real test, just different numbers. You still have to study the material because there is a lot. Extra credit assignment is a big grade helper.
