Dr. Menzie taught this class well, but I feel she graded me and others (heh) a little harshly. She was very helpful, however, by providing a syllabus with a schedule which she followed precisely. Some of the reading material assigned was very interesting, or more interesting than material from other writing classes I've taken. Recommended.

Very inspiring professor. Wish i could've told her, but didn't want her to think i was trying to get a better grade. I had no interest in reading or poetry till i took her class. She will introduce you to the Beatles, and music, so it's not all about textbooks, and it keeps class interesting.

I had this prof for Writ 101 and 151. She is actually pretty easy, and very helpful, she tried to answer any questions u have about writing the essay. Just read the stories she tells u to read and do the essays, and u'll do fine!
