I had prof. Valencia many years ago at Miami-Dade. He was great. He was very dedicated to his job and students. He was very handsome, too. I am bad with numbers and received A's for Financial and Managerial Accounting with him. He was very helpful and cared for our learning. If you take him, tell him Gladys says hi.

this teacher really knows how to teach, you will learn great skills if yuor are an accounting major and good preparation for the rigorous accounting classes at FIU, to pass his class just study the notes and read the book, not a hard A but certainly not an easy one.

It is very important you study very hard for the first exam, especially the theory portion, because he test, not in a hard way, but in a fairly new style. If you go over exactly what he shows you in class and read the chapters, you will do excellent. I received a "B" with him in ACG2021 and ACG2071.

He is the best teacher to take for accounting, its not going to be easy, but he does teach it in a way in which you will learn. If you go over what he shows you in class, you'll do very well. His test are split into two parts on two separate days, a practical portion (actual accouting problems to solve) and a multiple choice - t/f portion.

Dude this guy gives so much homework. He moslty uses the test grades to average your overall grade so if you do bad in two, you have to drop. Take Collins, way easier and a lot less work, but still helpful.
