Comment:

Oh so quiet. Sometimes she uses her little microphone but sometimes she doesn't, so try to get a seat in the first couple rows. Quizzes and exams were clearly outlined so you knew what to expect. Exams had study guides and answer keys to prep. Exams were T/F and short answer. I think she realizes its a tough subject and does what she can to help.

Comment:

Aissa is a very good professor compared to most professors in the Math Department. She is a little quiet, but her notes are very clear and she gives plenty of examples before quizzes and exams. Not the easiest class to take but she really wants you to succeed and do well in the class. I would recommend her for any math class!

Listen, if you're able to get to class early, she won't be that bad, but if you don't get a seat in the first row, you won't hear a thing. When I did manage a front seat, she was very confusing. Homeworks are 3x as long as they need to be. I had to email her for my final grade. I've done well in all of my maths other than her class

Comment:

Many people say Prof. Wade was quiet and unaware of what she was teaching, but I would say that's for people who didn't put in the work outside of class. Sit in the front, and you'll be fine. The textbook is definitely helpful in this class, as you'll have homework and practice problems assigned before quizzes.

She speaks very quietly and you can tell she really has no idea what she's talking about. She has notes that she has with her that she copies verbatim onto the board. If someone asks a question, she rarely knows how to answer.

Dr Aissa Wade is the nicest professor I ever had. She cares for her students. She even gave us take home quiz so many times. Her hw are based on the textbook and she made a few questions by herself. Her lectures and methods are simple. Although her have an accent, it's not hard at all to understand what's she's explaining. She just so niceeeeee!!

Dr. Wade is very quite and does have an accent: Be sure to get a good seat. Otherwise, lectures are straightforward [often written word-for-word on the chalkboard]. She is very helpful during office hours. Homework and exams are not difficult. The final project is a piece of cake if you follow directions. Overall, an easy A and decent professor.

Very nice professor!Though she has an accent but it doesn't matter at all. She gives easy hw/quiz/exam and her sample quiz/exam are very similar to the real one. She really cares about you and answer your questions patiently. The writing project is not that difficult under her instructions. Definitely take her class!!!Very nice professor@@@@@@

Faces the board when she talks and speaks very quietly. I can deal with an accent but i've repeatedly asked her to raise her voice and she doesn't change. We can't all sit in the front row, and it's not like i'm showing up late i just have another class right before. Also, if nobody understands what she's talking about she'll just move on anyway

She speaks quietly and is kind of hard to understand, so sit in the front to learn the best. She's a nice lady and gives practice questions for all tests and quizzes that are very similar to the actual assessments. Examples and practice problems are more helpful than her explanations, but she's always available during office hours for extra help.

She has a really strong accent and she talks very quietly while facing the board. You can bring your ipod to class and just write the notes from the board down. It really is useless trying to listen to her. But it's an easy class that doesn't really need to be explained in high detail.

She is very helpful and really wants you to get an A. The only problem is, I think we paid for our high grades by not covering all of the material, which is important to move in on math. Overall a good professor though, what you do cover you'll learn really well.
