easy professor to understand. took stats in high school, but he still went in depth to clarify every question. writes a lot on the board and has helpful but boring lectures. 3 exams during the semester. a very easy grader. attempt his problems and he will give you credit. gives practice exams similar to exams. loved the class definitely take.

Such an easy class. Three tests and they are so easy. I dont pay attention in class but if you write everything he writes, easy A. And because of this class I can fluently read scribble.

convinced Olinksy is an undercover fbi agent. He runs around the aic on his phone popping in and out of doors in between class. One time i saw him literally arrive to school on a helicoper in the field and it took off. Pretty average class. Its math, what can u expect. Mostly tests. Olinksy is the man

You are graded on three exams, all of which are wicked easy. He gives practice tests that are identical to the real ones. His classes are boring because he goes over the same things over and over again, but that's how he drills the info into your head. He has homework assigned in the syllabus, but he doesn't check it and you don't have to do it.

Olinsky is one of the best math professors here. There are no exams in this class. Just 5 assignments that he gives you 2 weeks to do and his lectures tell you step by step of how you do each assignment. You also have a final project which is the same amount of work as a case.

Great professor. Knows what he is talking about and is always willing to help you if you're confused. He only gives a couple assignments and a few homeworks. No tests. Pretty repetitive in his lectures but its helpful. However, wouldn't recommend skipping class if you don't already know how to use the software.

He is so easy that you do not learn anything, he just reads off powerpoint; took this as a pre-req for a SAS class that Anderson teaches, you cannot even compare these 2, Olinsky did nothing to prepare me for her SAS Programming class, she does a lot of stats with SAS and she expects a LOT; only take Olinsky if you are not serious about learning

There is no way you can fail his class. Olinsky is the easiest professor i have ever taken. I dont like math at all and so far i managed to have A's in both exams just by looking at the study guide the night before exams. Class can be a little boring but he is super nice. I love this man. He is just AMAZING!

Definitely take any course with Professor Olinsky. His tests are pretty easy and he lets you bring a formula sheet to the exams. He assigns all the homework for the semester on the syllabus but it isn't necessary to do it. His lectures aren't too boring and he is very helpful when you ask questions.
