This class was very disorganized. I had no idea what was going on much of the time because of that. He expects you to memorize a ridiculous amount of pictures. If you are confused address him directly. He is very passive aggressive and vague. He is not at all an unpleasant guy, but I don't like him as a professor. Don't be absent.

He's really passionate at a photography and a photoshop whiz. He's always willing to help. Also - get him to say 'pajamas' - it's funny, although if you can't get him to say it on his own, bribe him with cookies. You can't use the cookie bribe for grades though.

i took photo in high school for 2 years. he uses different techniques than i learned but my pictures came out great. and he knew what he was talking about. just ignore the artkids who think they're better than you. and look at your pictures and say....thats good.

LOVE his class. sad i won't have it next semester. he's so adorable and nice; you can ask him anything, and he'll enlighten you. I learned plenty about developing in the darkroom. I would definitely recommend him over any other photo professor. He's very lax about things and lets you go off on your own tangent artistically. Morel's the greatest.

Prof Morel is a great guy..he helps you as much as he can and he is always there when you need him. If you are having problems outside class he understands and will do the best he can to help you out. Workload was so so. Knows alot about photography. Great teacher..great class

Professor Morel is a good guy. He most definately knows what he is talking about. If you take him for Art 1000C just be prepared for museum visits. Although made sure the museums were free or really cheap, you have to visit on your own time. Try and take his class during the day.

He was my Discover NY teacher and he is a photography teacher, He is from Dominican Republic..The easiest teacher I have come across..There are not tests and very few hw, In the beginning attendence counted but he didn't care at the end
