She's a hero for everyone who likes rooting for the bad guys in movies. Her opening quote to my class was "I think of my students as cancer patients; I try to remain optimistic but in the back of my mind I know many of you won't make it." I think Dr. Mills is an excellent professor. You have to study hard but if you are going into the healthcare profession then you will have to know your anatomy very well. It only gets worse in grad school. Dr. Mills is preparing you guys, be thankful.

ok her questions DO!! come from the powerpt slides. BUT - you better study ever bit of them! she isn't so mean..Zool is not an easy subject and shouldn't be if you need to know the stuff you can't BS through a class. She knows what she teaches and not many questions besides that. I would take her again if possible- at least her test aren't essay

This woman knows her stuff but says that WE don't know how to study. Take this advice: if you have her look over the powerpoints once but study the book word for word every page and you will pass the test. She says the test comes from the ppts but they don't. Don't take her if you can help it. B****.

She was a horrible teacher. I went to her the first week of school confused and asked her how I could prepare for her class and her response to me was "Most students want to graduate in 4 years. It is good to fail a class and take it twice." DO NOT TAKE HER!

Dr. Mills is an excellent teacher. She is just trying to make all these LAZY students actually do some work on their own. We all know that when a teacher actually demands that you work EVERYONE cries like a baby and blames the teacher. Get over yourselves and STUDY. She is an excellent teacher and is very smart!!

this b**** is a horrid teacher and if you take her you'll fail. she even tells you that the class ins't for frshmen b/c they aren't experienced enough yet and to try takin it again the second time. a 50 min. class drag on and b4 a test she will expect you to be god and know everything in detail but makes sure not to talk about it at all. she suck

Dr. Mills teaches anatomy and physiology at a level that prepares you for pre-health professional school. If you don't want to struggle at med/pharm school or as a nurse, definitely, definitely take Mills. Trust me, I'm a Mills Zoo 251/252 alumnus and a medical student.
