He asked to see big changes. I made what I thought were big changes. He'd say he didn't see big enough changes. I made more changes. Again he'd say he didn't see enough changes. When I asked him what he needed to see that qualified as a big change, he said it wasn't for him to tell me the answers, and I should figure them out for myself. Sigh.

Ack. Scares the crap out of me. Seriously. Although I learned more than I ever have before, and improved dramatically, he still terrifies me. Even a year later, I still look for somewhere to hide when I see him coming. "Whot the 'ell are you doING?" still rings in my ears...
