Comment:

Took this class during the summer and it was a lot of hard work. Might have been a bit easier during a longer semester but it was doable. Prof. Boumenir is very helpful and really wants you to pass. If you have questions about something, ask! He will help you understand. He knows this is a hard class and genuinely cares about you passing.

He is pretty rude as in the way he jokes. He does not show any compassion for his students as he does not care to answer any questions in class or during office hours. Frankly, he is one of the worst because he seems to rush the course and then look at you confused when you do not understand.

He's nice and funny.You get use to the accent fast. He really wanted us to succeed and enjoy the material. No assigned homework; the tests mimick the text. You must work for your A. Work = going home and practicing a lot. You learn more from working out the problems in the book than class definitely. 3 tests,8 quizzes (5 count), attendence required

Sometimes hard to understand, but overall a good teacher. He gives you a review before every test...if you can pass the review you will pass the test; ours was multiple choice! I made an "A" in his class, but I did have to work for it. Study hard and show up to class and you can make a good grade too. If given the chance,I would take him again. :)

He curves tests a lot and he shows that he wants his students to do well in his classes.I had him at 8 a.m. and he always tried to wake us up by making weird jokes and analogies.He is a cool teacher though...always willing to help if you come to him during office ours.Homework isn't mandatory, but it does help.I got a B out of the class.

very, very hard teacher. I was in his trig. class and said hold on im got lost on that one, he said no ur not lost and kept on teaching. if you have had some trig before than u should b fine, but those who have not, find an other teacher, he is hard!!! half the class left b/c he is so hard.

He is very funny, but likes to pick on ppl randomly to see if their getting the material. He has a very thick accent and in my opinion is not so gr8 @ explaining things and a bit of a push over. all quizzes online and some tests.

He's a nice, easy going professor. BUT If U have a problem with understanding accents, unless U R a great student, U may want 2 think about another class or work extra hard! He is truly on of the best math teacher's here. Yes he may be a little hard to understand but he is a teacher who is there to help you out with loads of partial credit for his tests. All you have to do is the homework and come to class and you are going to pass. I would take him again if I wouldn't have passed his class the first time through.
