The term less then useless comes to mind. She has no business being in charge of the IT department. She knows nothing about computers ... whatsoever. Her resume outline changes from term to term. Also very condesending, and child like. I usually pretend like I'm dealing with a child whenever I talk to her.

Amy needs to get her head examined. The way she runs her program leads me to believe that she gets paid by appointment. She is the most annoying person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Her uncanny ability to destroy people co-op opportunities makes me wonder how she still has a job.

You can tell she's really dealing with some abuse from ignorant students, but at the same time, even competent students get really fed up with her. Doesn't find enough co-ops. Doesn't give good advice. I hear mutters of simmering hatred when she walks into our lectures to waste our time.
