I liked Amy's class well enough. I did learn a lot of sign, but I was frusterated with the way she handled some things. There was a student in my class who refused to patricpate, which made group work with her nearly impossible, but we were still expected to include her and engage her, which is the instructor's responisbility, not the student's.

i like her she is nice and she is helpfull for all her studnets. if you have past history of sign language it will be harder for you to take this class. amy teaches straight asl no english or slang! so be prepared to relearn alot of stuff but worht it! she is a great teacher!! and will try her best to help you transition to asl!!

Amy is the best teacher.She always makes sure people understand. She is incredibly helpful. If you are considering taking a sign language class I HIGHLY recommend Amy Rose. SHE IS AWESOME!!!!

Amy is the best teacher, i loved her method of teaching and i thought that it was very effective. she is a sweet heart, and if you study and PRACTICE!!! you will do just fine in the class. I HIGHLY recommend her for a teacher. Oh yeah, her quizzes are EASY!

She is very enthusiastic with her teaching. Her classroom is never boring. It's ASL so if you don't study and practice, of course you're not going to get good grades. I would recommend her for any ASL course, including Deaf Culture and Fingerspelling.
