Dr. Tully knows her stuff when its comes to music but the lectures may not be interesting if you're not paying attention. There are 3 required Concert reports 1)go to concert, 2)write a report w music terms, 3)turn in paper and ticketprogram. Extra concert reports are extra credit which can come in handy if you don't do well on tests. Will help.

This is a classical music period class, so you talk about all kinds of people who have contributed to music. Lectures are boring, uses powerpoints but you do not have to take notes if you have a book so its either get the book or take notes you do not have to do both. Also she requires three concert reports, grades easy and gives curves on tests

Loved Dr. Tully, had her for my Freshman Music appreciation class. She is a GREAT teacher, she makes music make sense to people like me who are not musical at all! I would recommend her 100% You will regret not taking her if you don't.

Loves her subject alot. Easy class. She gives lectures,you sit, listen, take notes, you study then take tests which are exactly from the notes. You have to go to 3 concerts and write concert reports on them. If you do good reports they are a good grade booster. The reports are easy if you use stuff from the notes. Its a very simple class.

As long as you take the notes for the class and remember to STUDY, the class is a breeze. Mrs. Tully is a great teacher and she's extremely hot, so she's double trouble!

Can tell that she loves music, doesnt seem to like teaching as much but notes are straight from the book, 4 tests which are right from the notes and pretty easy adn straightforward.. easy overall.. recommend the class!
