The only homework given for class is inquiry based learning, so you have to teach yourself. Tests are difficult, but pretty fair. There are not a lot of assignments, so learning the material is pretty difficult. He can be unorganized at times. He's a really nice guy, but I did not enjoy this class.

Very nice guy who wants you to succeed, if you show you are trying, you will do okay. Do the homework and practice problems and you are set. Very good in office hours.

Dr. Clifford is an amazing professor. Before each class, he reviews the concepts from prior classes, and he loves to make jokes, and he is very helpful in office hours. His class is hard though, especially the exams. There are also weekly quizzes which help reinforce the material. He is one of the best professors I've had at TCNJ so far.

Dr. Clifford's lectures are really clear and help you get a good sense of what you are learning in class. There will be quizzes every week but they are very helpful with understanding the material for the tests. He gives our reviews for the tests and has extra review sessions so he is a big help. He loves cracking jokes and makes you laugh.

Love him. Everyone says calc b is the hardest calc but im doing very well in cliffords class. Hes extremely clear, nice, and pretty funny. Id even say that he likes when you correst his errors on the board. Great guy. Definitely take.

Excellent professor, easily one of the best math professors at tcnj. He is a really nice guy, an awesome teacher. I took his calculus C class my freshman year. I would highly recommend him!

Had him for calc A and B. He is one of the best calculus teachers in my opinion. He does a great job of explaining things. I don't remember is its mandatory to go to class but i would definitely suggest it or else you might get lost. His homework prepares you for his tests, as do his quizzes which are weekly. Great prof!

I have him right now for Calc B. He is definitely a great professor, if you can take him, do it! He's good at explaining things, he doesn't mind answering questions on homework or webwork, even if he had planned to move onto another topic. He doesn't care if you correct him when he makes a mistake on the board. GREAT professor.

Had him for Calc B. He's a great teacher. He knows what he's doing, he doesn't mind answering questions, and his tests are pretty straightforward. He does make mistakes sometimes, but they're minor and he doesn't get mad of you correct him. He's really nice and pretty funny sometimes. I would definitely reccommend him.

I had Dr. Clifford for for several 300 and 400 level courses when he first started at TCNJ around 1996, and I really learned a lot. He presents the proofs in a clear manner, and he throroughly explains the steps along the way. He was available for extra help for each class. If you have a chance to take one of his classes, do it!

Excellent Calc professor. Knew everything he was talking about. Clear cut expectations for each quiz and test. Fun and engaging professor. Take any and all of the classes he offers if you get the chance to (his classes fill up quickly, always a sign of a good prof)
