I have been very computer literate for a long time and I was not offended that she takes you form step 1 through baby steps. there are people out there that have never worked on computers at all, hence beginning course.I found her helpful and you can use your books. this was the easiest class I have taken. sorry many of you had a bad eperience.

She is rude and unresponsive. She did not answer my questions and took over a week to respond to emails. Her responses were short, rude, and never did answer my questions and this was an online class! She grades down for miniscule items even though it is clear you know the material. Not helpful-Don't know how she keeps her job.

She marked me down for putting a space in between wordwrap. I am serious. I got a worse grade on a test. I even brought it up to her, and she said "there is no space" and I just looked at her. Don't take her if you want a fair teacher.

Bored outta my mind. Easy enough if you're willing to take the initiative, but it's very hard to stay interested when your forced to follow baby steps like you're a caveman seeing a comp for the first time & then expected to memorize tedious minute technical details at the same time just 2 pass the damn tests. She's totally dependendent on the text

She is a very impatient, condescending teacher and I don't believe she should be teaching; ecspecially not computers. I do believe though, that once you figure out her expectations that it is a very easy class to pass. You can use books for tests and I think you are all a little harsh. STUDY

I didn't have a prob with her at all, however I do agree with the arguement that she treats the class as if no one has never laid eyes on a computer before. Overall I found her to be very helpful, kind and willing to explain things when asked to.

For the love of God, do not take a course from this professor! She never taught the class anything, just had us work out of our books. If anyone asked her questions, she'd get mad and snap at them to figure it out themselves. She has too much work for so little teaching. She is not helpful at all.

I have a lot of computer experience. Had to take the class for core curriculum. She treats everyone like a beginner. She was wrong on a few things...but I value my grade and didn't correct her. Didn't learn much in the class.

The main thing I have against Jones is that she downgrades assignments for being stapled together in the wrong order, an order that made sense to me at the time. We're supposed to be working with machines, not becoming machines!
