Mr. Basabe is a true gem, he cares about his students even after the course has ended. His lectures are fun and amazing, and he never stops laughing or smiling. If I had the change of taking his course again I would. Great person and great friend.

Great professor!! He doesn't follow the book during lecture but has awesome life-changing discussions. Most classes are filled with group evaluation on situations so if you are shy and like to keep to yourself DO NOT TAKE HIM.

Class is primarily group discussions. Does not follow the book, but gives "open book" tests based on the book. Lots of videos, little to learn about psychology. If you plan to pursue a degree in a field that will require further study of psychology this is not the instructor for you. If you need a quick easy A, go for it, I guess.

He is a great teacher and understanding. Makes you double think your answers and opinions, a lot of class interactive discussions. Take home exams. Easy class. Wish I had him for my other Psych class.
