Angie is a Godsend for any graduate student. She is the most helpful, most generous advisor anyone can ask for. A pioneers in her field, anyone who questions her scholarship must be very limited in their vision of what the word means. Angie is passionate about her research, which is more that I can say for most professors I have met.

One of the most unassuming and humble Professors with SOLID knowledge and experience in her area of expertise (Urban education & teaching science for social justice). Very generous, extremely hardworking, gets you feedback on your writing in a day's time which is superbly impressive compared to the rest of the faculty.A most exemplary professor.

This woman is no scholar, has very little intelligent to say. Most of what she says consists of silly cliches

Most definately the best professor I ever had in 6 years of college. Angie helped me become a more reflective teacher, and helped me reconstruct my views on what is science and what constitutes science. NOTE: You will write a lot.

A perfect demonstration of how constuctivism can go horribly wrong. Once in a while, tell us your opinion! You've given this material a lot of thought, share. One strength was thought-provoking questions; just too darn many of them.

Comment:
She is a feminist. She firmly believes that there are too many white males teaching a eurocentric science. If you are a white male, that believes that science is objective and not subjective/cultural, you are doomed! This view is reflected in grades.
