She's a science professor teaching a class full of arts students. So she's very concise with what she wants on paper, but with a twist, because she expects critical thinking. So there's two classes; the one she's vocal about, and the other class being the one that's in her head, as she expects you to read her mind like a psychic. Good luck.

Fabulous Prof but this is NOT a bird class it is a lot of hard work if you want a decent mark. Dr. Gallie is an amazing teacher, very friendly and approachable especially if she knows you are making an effort in the class. You will learn alot in this class and though you may not think you are at the time you will be amazed later. A good challenge!

What's a "smoothly lump top?" I'm sorry. I still don't get it. Let's call it "AIR PHOTO TAKE-A-GUESS class. Cuz that's what you'll be doing. Ann is very knowledgable, but a lot of things get lost in translation. For the exam, expect the unexpected(another mapping project).

Airphoto Interpretation, was a very challenging course, but I think Dr. Gallie really taught it well. Helpful hint: make good friends with TA's they are alot of help. Very interesting subject with plenty of notes with drawings. Make sure you complete all labs, zero's hurt.

Although the course is interesting and I did indeed like it, the final was completely 200% beyond anything she taught us in class. Expect a nice person overall but don't cross her of Dr.Jekyl will turn into Mr.Hyde very quickly. She probably will not like the male twist I put on her description.
