Ms. Chism is a great teacher, when she actually teaches.I have learned a great deal from her. Only big downfall, she always has a lackey in her office, which will not leave unless asked to. So, it is hard to talk to her about stuff outside of class.

Chism is a Great teacher & person.If you don't like her,you must have a problem with you.So what if she takes off.Who doesn't!She just broke her arm for crying out loud, have a heart!If you use your notes to study maybe you'd pass her tests instead of worring about pissing her off.It sounds like you need to look at yourself before you blame others!

Excellent teacher! I learned a great deal about subjects I never really thought I would have an interest in. She demands that students give their best and when you do you walk away with great enlightment and a whole new perspective on the social climate. She demands that everyone respect every person and come our the hnocentric shells we live in.

Okay.. She's more of a debater than a teacher, but she did pull me out of a whole, I failed every test in the class and still ended up with a C. Read all the chapters and be prepared for the quizes they help you out the most. Speak your mind, but don't argue, she is def.a teacher you want to like you. i loved this class! yeah she is hard, and you better be able to back up your opinion, but she is trying to wake up the masses and instill critical thinking skills, she is the only teacher who is what i thought college would be like. she does allow differing opinions (i had a ton) but wont take "because someone told me to think so", i LOVED her!
