This is the guy students hate while they are in his class, and the one they respect the most several years later. His lectures are organized and clear. His tests are tough, but not impossible if you understand the key concepts from the course and have imagination. Don't try flimsy excuses with him. The dude is old school. He doesn't hold your hand.

Makes you feel stupid when you ask questions in class. Gives decent notes, but tests are still next to impossible, odds are good you won't finish them in time. Bomb one test and kiss A's and B's goodbye.

Difficult class, made more difficult with insidious tests. The man takes himself way too seriously. We were given a test that took easily twice as long to do as the time we were given. Loves to give D's - about 1/3 of our class were retaking hoping to get a higher grade. Is not clear about grading policy. The most unenjoyable class I've taken here.

He is a lazy teacher that doesn't bother to write new tests and homework. He uses Dr. Wang's notes, homework and sometimes test problems. Nobody really knows how to the problems in his class, and he just puts problems from your notes on the test so it looks like he taught the class.
