Dr. Ihator is the happiest man at JSU!! He is always smiling and cracking jokes. His accent can be hard to get used to, but after a few classes, he is pretty easy to understand. He knows his stuff, so he can be a tough grader. If you do your work and put effort into it, you will be fine!

He was a fantastic professor. He was funny and relatable. He kept students engaged HOWEVER he is a VERY tough grader. Pay attention in lecture and read the book, and you should be fine.

I thought he was likeable, and wasn't the worst I've had. However, his grading is very inconsistent, and if you question him about it, his rationale for why he gives a certain grade makes absolutely no sense. His tests are quite difficult. Does not budge an inch- if you get an 79, it's a "C" and nothing you can do for extra credit, etc. i

I have no idea how anyone can say a bad thing about Dr. Ihator! He always has a smile on his face. He is willing to help you and explains his expectations well. He actually makes coming to class fun. I have taken him for 4 classes and made an easy A in all of them. If you want to truly learn about Public Relations take this man!!!

I have taken Ihator for all my classes in one semester. He is very interested in teaching for the real jobs later on. He will work with you as long as there is an effort. There is alot of writing, research,and reading that is time consuming but not hard to do. He is a very good teacher and I loved taking his classes! I would recommend this teacher

I have taken Dr. Ihator several times. He is by far my favorite teacher of all times. His assignments may take some time but they will teach you a lot. He is very funny, he loves his job, and he will always enter the class room with a smile on his face. He loves "top of the river"

Always came to class with a great attitude! He made the class feel comfortable and we always had a laugh. He is a bit difficult to understand in the beginning, but as you progress his accent becomes second nature. He is a great individual, however his tests are torture!

Teaches PR type classes where he's helpful if you ask him questions. Although, he can be vague when describing the assignments. Be ready for atleast one presentation in his class and take plenty of notes in class.
