I love all of Barbara's classes that Ive taken. She is a great professor, and teaches so well. She is also unconventional. Im not even in communication major. Its more about discussion that material, which I really like. She will surprise you.

Barbara is one of the best professors I have ever had! Keeps class interesting and I can't wait for class every week! I'm a psych major so communication classes were new to be, but I LOVE it!

Lots and lots of reading- and you had better actually do it, because it will be clear if you didn't. Tests are pretty easy, but rely on being able to show that you really "get it". Funny, lots of good stories, and willing to let the class discussion keep going (sometimes in really amusing directions)! Definitely recommended.
