Mrs. Wilson is an amazing professional. She could never read my name (surprisingly, everyone can), misspells the words in her emails. The materials on her web site and the questions on her final contain mistakes. She is inappropriate and impolite in communicating with students. Thanks for teaching us how not to communicate with people

This Professor SUCKS! She is very impolite to explain things well, and when you ask her what to do all she tells you are to read the course manual. I really didn’t enjoy atmosphere of her class. Rude behavior…!

She is really unjust, not obvious, not a good talker at all. She is very offensive speaker. Other than she is organized. She is extremely smart, it is enough to know your name, and then she will not forget you, thus, do not miss a single day. Not easy overall.

This is a hard class with a sharp learning curve if you've never done research writing. Dr. Wilson provided a great education in this new arena for me. She is very thorough and patient. Your grade comes from both the 351Com prof and whoever your 351 prof is, and they grade very hard. Just do your best. The semester goes fast and then it's OVER!

Dr Wilson is extremely organized and gives you everything you need to succeed. the other teacher (west) who teaches this clas..her students walk around confused the whole semester..and beg Wilson's students for help...SHES THE BEST!!!!!!!

She is a good professor. Very knowlegable. You will learn a lot from her and it is very useful in real life. She even teachs you how to dress. If you want to have a CPA career, take her class. You want to go to her class to learn, not just for grade only.

The class is exactly what you should expect, an upper division writing class. It's a lot of work and dedication but if your truely interested in becoming an accounting major, you must learn to write well. If you want to make your life a bit easier, make friends with other students in your class and share your ideas and FASB's.

She is not as tough as most students say. I only went to her during the office hours for help (haven't even been to the lab) and my grade went from D+ in the beginning of the class to A at the end. She is very helpfull when you talk to her, but be prepared before you approach her - don't jus ask her "to fix your paper."

This class is NOT as bad as everyone makes it out to be! Face it...if you want to be an accounting professional you must write well. Prof. Wilson helps you do just that. I was able to get a B with little effort.

Unreasonably hard and unfair. You GPA will go down thanks to this class. I noticed that she has her favorites that actaully do well in class, regardless of their writing. If you go to her writing lab she is very unhelpful. I believe that this class should be on credit/non-credit basis. Very frustrating class.

Here's the problem: She expects an unattainable level of writing. I went to her writing labs multiple times and followed all her suggestions and was STILL marked down. Final was un-needed and most of her class is a waste of time. Nice lady but HARD HARD HARD grader. I got a B+ and had to work my butt off to get that.

I myself am an excellent writer. At that time, I had a cumulative 3.98 GPA, but this was the hardest class. Her grading is unfair and unrealistic. She and her TA aren't very helpful with improving your writing. Even after you see them & make your revisions, you still end up with Cs on your paper.

The hardest class I have ever taken. Even after hours and hours of writing and rewriting, I got nothing but C's and D's. She needs to stop waisting time with informal presentations and start teaching exactly what she wants of her students before the assignment is due. She needs to teach better!
