Dr Williams is a very very smart man but not the best professor. makes you participate in a lot of career planning activities and is actually part of your grade (15%). tests aren't too hard, and he throws in random M.C. quizzes. they combine for the remaining 85% which makes them important. don't sit in the back or he will call on you all semester

I've had Dr. Williams for two semesters now. He is honestly the best teacher ever to teach at King's. He has a large knowledge base in accounting, taxes and business. He teaches from experience and is willing to answer any questions any student has. His classes are the best experiences of my life. Wish he taught more classes for me to take!!

Very nice, helpful professor. Dr. Williams always took the time to make sure everyone understood everything. He also made class exiting, and kept everyone awake. Just pay attention in class and be ready to answer his questions in class. The more you answer, the better off you are.
