Don't take any class with me if you are not willing to study all by yourself,No ofense but he's so old that he's unable to speak loud or write darker on board,so you would not understand anything in his class,you have to study each and everything by yourself,he's nice person and not so bad grader.

I had to drop the class. Yeah he's available outside of the classroom but explains really fast, doesn't care about students that are struggling, moves along. 85% of your grade is based on tests. Avoid him if math is not your forte. Quizzes: every two weeks (10% of your grade). He's nice and all but basically you have to teach yourself.

Tries his best to make sure students understand the subject. For Business stat he went step by step on the calculator on how to get the answer what buttons to type on the calculator and for what type of question, which was really helpful. Good Instructor/

He's not the best professor I would say. He made it confusing several times by not explaining concepts or logic well. The formula sheet is a plus however its no use if you dont where to apply which conceot. I did get good marks in his class but that's because I studied on my own through videos of other professors.

Awesome prof, old guy, but teaches students what they need from the course and only teaches what will be on the exams. Pay attention in class and if you're not understanding anything, do the suggested rev it helps clarify the work. He's always ready to help during break on questions and during office hours.

Bernie is a good prof. The content is just hard which makes you have to go to class in order to understand it. His exams are mixed with multiple choice and short answers and he gives everything you do in class. You have to put extra effort into this course if you want to succeed. You get to make a formula sheet where you can basically writ anything

He's really nice and will take the time to explain things that you are unclear on if you hang around after class. He doesn't like to have his lectures interrupted. The textbook is not really helpful for studying for tests, his quizzes are based off of the examples he goes over in class. His power point is more useful than the textbook.

Being math classes it can be a bit boring, but Bernie is really nice, very helpful and straightforward. Exam questions are based off example and practice questions - no surprises!! The odd time will say something subtle but hilarious. If you don't do well in his class it's all on you, can't blame the prof for that here.

His classes are indeed very boring, but I thought his exams are fair and easy. The final is open book, but don't let it fool you! I thought the final was gonna be a walk in the park because I did well on the MTs and it is open book. However, I got owned on the final.

One of the best stats profs at Kwantlen. He is very fair marker. Do all assigned work/ questions and you'll come out just fine. The material gets progressively difficult but nothing unmanageable. Overall great Prof and easing going would recommend.

He was substituted to our original instructor who can't come because a car accident. Bernie never explain the detail of every question, he just writes down the answer instead. And he don't seem to like students argue with him even though they don't understand the question. Also, his midterm and final are extreme hard.

Bernie doesn't help make statistics interesting. I've had 2 classes with him now and won't take another. He's very helpful, but his instructions are hard to follow. Take another instructor if you want a better shot at a good grade.

Amazing teacher. I hoped he teacher other class like more higher up accounting courses...had him to Statistics and Math and he's fantastic. If you work hard and put time into what you're doing and study...you'll come out with nothing less than an A
