This class is a joke, Bethany is great and super nice, but the class is terrible. if you are not truly interested in nutrition you will be bored out of your mind. I went to class about a total of five times, studied moderately for tests and turned in all homework.

Overall, she's a nice lady. However, at the start of semester she very unclear about what book to use, as I got one on the syllabus but most of the test questions came from another book. She finally gave us study guides with answers after the first exam (which turned out to nearly look like the exam) Don't leave early because she'll call you out.

You actually have to TRY to fail Marshall's class. She is the nicest and most caring professor I have ever had. She gives so many extra credit opportunities, along with multiple study guides. I would recommend going to class to really gain an understanding, but it's not completely necessary. I would love to have her again, definitely recommend.

Best prof ever. She is the friendliest, liveliest lecturer who is passionate about nutrition. She does both lecturing and includes awesome videos. Goes a little fast but final test is optional. If you simply study the study guide, you'll ace each test. Show up to class because she gives lots of participation points. My favorite teacher!

Great explanations to lectures. Tests are almost an exact copy of the study guide which she gives answers to in class. Quizzes are graded on completion, go over answers in class.

One of the best professors I've had. She is engaging and nice. The textbook is pretty unnecessary as her lectures are basically directly off it. There's maybe 3 homework packets but they are extremely easy. Offers a ton of extra credit and practice tests which the test uses a lot of the same questions.

Great class. Keeps it interesting and tries to relate to everybody. Attendance highly recommended, there are lots of participation points and handouts that help a ton on tests. Look over handouts, guides, and powerpoints for tests, and everything is available online. Great teacher.

Attendance isn't mandatory, but she will do lots of participation points. Showing up helps a lot. Textbook not needed but is recommended. She is a very good teacher, and keeps the class interesting and tries to relate to everybody. Tests are somewhat hard, but if you do your homework and look at the power points in depth, you will do fine.

Awesome professor, notes are online, class is interesting. Watches lots of videos and hands out nutritional food samples. Tests are comprised of practice questions she posts online. Does have in class assignments but they are small portion of grade. Highly recommended

Ms. Marshall is the best teacher I had this semester. She tried to relate everything that we were learning in class to our lives, which made learning biology a little easier. I would definitely recommend her if you want to take an easy biology class. Go to class for the quizzes.

This was probably the weirdest and most unorganized class ever. It seemed impossible after the first exam, but then she made the next exams so easy. She's nice and all, but not the greatest prof. She cancels class a lot and shows A LOT of videos. She curves the class too. I got an A.
