The Woman loves Scotch, Europe, Cats, Bob Vila, and slide shows. Act interested in the slides of her drinking scotch in Europe and of the stray cats she took pictures of and pretend to enjoy the episodes of this old house she'll show you. Beyond that you just have to do the assignments and you'll get a B.

Excellent teacher and wonderful person. Even as a non-history major, Elbert lectures kept me very interested in Carribean History and I definitely took something away from her course. Take her.

She is the best, she is the reason why i do not hate history anymore! We had no test and if you do the homework the 2 papers you write will pretty much write themselves! She is super nice and will help you with what ever you need. She is easy, like the first and only quiz we had was a take home labeling a map!

I find her weird. She's nice but thinks her jokes are funny, which is really irrititating. She can be oblivious at times, espeacially when it comes to attendence. She gave me a B instead of an A because she forgot to check my name off of my last skip class, which i went to. If you must take her, go for it, if not, maybe try someone else...

Dr Kiddy loves Latin America and it shows when she teaches. She does require a lot of paper writing incorporating multiple sources into those papers. Her lectures are supplemented with videos, guest lectures, or a field trip. It would be difficult not to succeed in her class.

AMAZING! Probably one of the smartest women on campus. The class was so-so, but she is hilarious and knows what she is talking about. I don't really like history, but she made me want to learn. She is really and awesome teacher and I highly recommend her.

Religious Traditions of Latin America was a very good course, because this is Dr. Kiddy's passion and the way that she taught the course illustrated her interest and experience in the subject. Dr. Kiddy is a great teacher, and I cannot wait to take another one of her courses in the fall!
