One of the best courses at McGill! A great Professor! She knows stuff & there's no doubt about it! Gives great feedback. Meets students outside class hours. Very flexible with the deadlines (who wouldn't love that?)

Alot of material, she seems to think this is a 400 class and there should be twice as much work as all other classes, even 500 levels. Grades are returned extremely slowly and exams are long. Avoid if you can, although she is a nice person, not a great prof and not very clear.

Always there. Listens to criticism more than she should! her assignments are usually pretty normal. not too hard and not too easy. projects are fairly straightforward.

Not a good professor, I asked her to be one of her thesis students in past and she told me I can never do research, but now I am in Masters , I have publication and I am looking forward to do my PhD, don't take her seriously.

Very hard to understand what she says. Explanationexamples don't always clearly demonstrate concepts. Doing all the work gets you 90%, you have to do more than asked to get 100%. It's a shame that this is the first many students learn SQL.

Seems like she's quite good at teaching advanced courses. Nevertheless in comp202 she was unclear and confusing. Slides were good though... Avoid if you are a complete beginner in programming. You're better of reading the textbook/slides + practicing on your own. Assignments were hard. Midterm was easy.

Very good professor. If you pay attention in class and participate (not that hard) you are half done for your exams. Work on the homework assignments on your own, they will be handy for the exams. Exams are open book etc, but not hard, if you know the concepts, you can answer it. Start programming assignment early, don't procrastinate.

Very good prof. The assignments are really good. One learns a lot from them. At the same time she is very helpful and never minds explaining the things again. Always available for the students. One of the best teachers that i have come across. The course content is also very good and studying her slides are enough for exams.
