Dr. Walsh was my college comp. professor more than ten years ago, and I will never forget the impact she had on me. I learned writing skills that I still use to this day, and her encouragement and kind words meant so much to me. She is the best professor that I have ever known.

Awesome Prof, Lots of literature analysis and written assignments but very helpful at coaching you through what you need to improve on. Inspired me to switch from nursing to english major, hope one day she reads this and knows how much her encouragement had an impact on me.

This is a great teacher and motivator. She is very clear in what she wants and teaches it before she asks for it. There are no tests....just papers to write. She is very approachable and helpful if you ASK her. I think she is one of the best teachers at PVCC> If you want to learn how to write take her.

She has a very unique teaching style. I enjoyed her class because we had a lot of discussion. I feeling that I learned a lot from her class and that she is a great teacher. She does have a lot of written assignments, but she is very approachable and if you have any questions, she will answer them very thoroughly. Over all, a great professor.

she is well traveled & knowledgable no doubt, but she sucks at teaching. you just spend all your class periods working with your group and preparing for the next LONG boring and unclear assignment. i didnt learn anything and came out of there heavily disappointed each time. oh and im not a slacker. but this class made one out of me.
