All you have to do is read the review sheet for his test, it is the same thing. test are very easy and there is only one or two assignments the entire semester and those did not take long to complete. He wrote his own textbook but do not worry! you dont even need to read it.

Worst teacher ever. He does not know what he is talking about. Been at the school for 26 years, cant speak english and wrote his own book.... Very confused and forgets what he talks about. Embry Riddle should fire him ASAP, cant believe how he can stay with all this negative feedback, shocking.

He is super kind, and he is very knowledgeable about economics. He is able to explain things differently. His lecture does not represent the test, so do not be shocked when you get your first test and it's nothing like your lectures or notes. You must use book to be good in the class.

Vasigh is a great guy. His lectures sometimes are a little dry, but he encourages discussions and questions. Sometimes can be a little confusing, but ask questions and he will clear things up. Do okay on the final project and the tests and you should have no issues with grades.

Do NOT TAKE HIS CLASS! he does not know how to teach. He doesn't remember what he says in the class! Nothing is clear to us as to what he expects in class from the students. He is never there in his office during office hours. The text book has no problems n he doesn't solve problems in class but ends up giving them in the exam and expects to solve

If you want to learn about economics only in regard to aviation, then take Vasigh. If you want to learn real, practical and applicable economics, stay away. He wrote the textbook, so he is one of those professors who loves to hear himself talk and lecture. Except you never know what he is saying. Wish I took someone else.

By far the best class Ive taken a Riddle. Tests are hard subject matter is hard but he gives GREAT study guides. Dr V is very good at making sense of a very challenging subject. You must participate in class.

Dr. Vasigh is an intelligent man and may sometimes lose the class. Yet I found his talking about the economic problems of our nation fascinating. He tied lessons to front page articles. You must read the book (he wrote it) and take notes. If you pay attention and ask questions he will like you.

I really dont know what thses people are complaining about because this teacher was very good. He knows his stuff and when it comes down to teaching he know how to make you understand (puts it in everyday use). Test are hard but they all are. Challenge him in class lectures because you will learn 10 folds more than you would normally.

this teacher does not care for the students at all. its obvious he is only out to get ahead and not help any students on the way. his lectures were pointless. it was microeconomics with no discernable differences. i'm told he is being promoted.i guarantee the promotion is not based on feedback from the students.avoid his classes

Very hard to understand. If the only Economics course you have taken is an intro undergrad class, it is not enough. BA523 is difficult. His teaching style does not help with the subject difficulty. Each class I walk out with a "what i dont know" rather than a "what i have learned" state of mind. Gives no study guide for exams.

This class is not hard because 70% of the test is takehome. Don't ask for help if you don't go to class. Picks people to answer questions in class/discussion. Interesting sometimes but most of the time i couldn't wait to leave.

70% of test is takehome and 22 multiple choice on theory of what he is teaching and stuff about the equations. no attendance but expects u to pay attention in class or he gets mad. class is lecture/discussion. slight accent but not hard to understand

Hard class bit Dr V is very helpful if you go and talk to him in his office. In fact I'd recommend that you do that as I think he helps massively. I got an 'A' in this class but I had to study very hard and ask for help. Shows no mercy to those that slack / don't ask for help.

One of the worst teachers I have ever had...which says alot. Impossible exams, studied for 6 hours for test 2 and failed. Every answer on tests seem right. Embarrases students for wrong answers during class participation. The man should be fired and his teaching liscense revoked. DO NOT TAKE DROP IT

There is no scale, class average is 60 +/- 5 points... teaches from powerpoints that seem relatively easy to understand but makes tests damn near impossible. No scale on test even though average is so low, says he would scale if more of the registered people came to his class but they droped anyways

Vasigh assumes we are born with all the statistical and analytical knowledge of the world. He is never in his office during office hours, and he isnt helpful unless you work side by side with him on the porjects he assigns. His instructions are misleading, and he is unclear about what he wants.
