Black is very approachable and hard not to like. Unfortunately the material was very dry and not my interest. It didn't help that he was all over the place. I didn't feel like I learned a lot. But like I said, hard not to like!

Black is smart and he is so involved in constitu-tional law that there isn't a case, topic, or judge that he hasn't had personal experience with. That said, he is IMPOSSIBLE to follow - all over the place. So unless you know you're good at Constitutional law, be careful!!

I love the Black teaches! He simplifies the law and you gotta love that! Not to mention, Charter is extremely interesting.

He is a sweetheart and a good teacher. I would take a class from him again, even though the design of this particular course sucked... I dont hold him responsible for that however, because he was working with the outline used by all the legal I classes.
