Majority of class he went off on random tangents, he did quizzes at the beginning of class so don't be late and they're semi random. He's terrible at answering questions which is why he goes off on tangents he deliberately tries to avoid answering them.

DON'T TAKE HIM. He makes business ethics way harder than it needs to be. most teachers give some guidance and will even give you a study guide for the exams but not William J. Buckley. lecture outlines are not clear, lectures most of the time are filled with pointless info. good luck if you get a class with him, I highly recommend you dont.

I had him for Ethics from 5-730. I found that the secret to passing his tests are to look on blackboard at his lecture notes. If you print those off & read them over a few times, you'll do great! I used the book on the first test and got a D...I used the notes on the others & got A's & B's. Just read the lecture notes!!!

Unhelpful, rude, and often ignores requests for help. Would not take another class with him. I love online classes, but he would make someone new to them hate online courses.
