I didn't know how to study for his tests because all of the course material was so disjointed. This is the nature of the course, so this is not 100% his fault. I am not a science major, nor was anyone else taking the course (SC 200), so of course I didn't understand quantum freaking physics! He was not much help, and the GA was NO help.

Literally the best professor I have ever had. He's a fantastic communicator. He explained everything so well during his lectures that I hardly needed to do any extra studying afterward. He's also quite willing to meet with students who need help.

He patiently answered every question, both in and out of class, no matter how "stupid" or simple. He's smart and yet knows how to explain things well. He uses wonderful examples to help students understand a concept. Great teacher!!!

Truly the guy to go for with a question about electrical engineering. Contrary to someone above, his tests reflected exactly what he put emphasis on in class. However, he did require students to APPLY what they learned in class on the test and not just plug formulas. Fun fact for the day: Dr. Lovegrove won $5000 for a Motorola electronics contest.
