Ohhh, Bill. This man is a whole lot of crazy. One day, I asked him a yes or no question and he ended up telling me how he'd been bed ridden from the age of 7 to 9 and how a nurse had broken a needle in his butt. That's Bill for you... he's also way too chatty for a guy with a boring voice, lol, though he's friendly enough.
