Someone might have an accent due to their roots. As far as I know he is from the U.K., but has lived here for a long time. He is also a fantastic personality and does his job like he is supposed to. I could not ask for more. And who cares what anyone wares anyway? He is awesome personified. Deal with it.

Has an elitist attitude, only helpful when it may affect his job, and argumentative and often unresponsive in class. He's not terrible, but he won't make you want to ever deal with him again. And the british accent is hilarious for a guy who's definetely not from britain, but backwater canada.
