Super nice and very caring. Easiest class I have ever taken. No homework no tests no attendance. Writing a journal on what you learn throughout the class is your grade for the whole semester. Highly recommend!!!

He is a great teacher! He didn't give out any tests, quizzes, or homework. You just have a journal due at the end of the semester and you can hand in your notes or write about something that he talked about during lectures. Definitely recommend Bob!

The entire course revolves around one final paper due at the end of the semester. It is not difficult to get a 4.0 in the class! Highly recommended Bob for humanities.

I took this as an online class thinking it would be a blow-off and I wouldn't learn anything. I was pleasantly surprised in that he made me, a science major, enjoy philosophy. The course was primarily essays and I can honestly say I learned a lot about myself and how I view the world through this class.

I'm bummed this only allows 350 characters and three tags. That's how great Prof. Badra is. He's very wise, caring, and funny. The class is really easy, but if you only care about the grade you're missing the point. I saw an earlier reviewer compare him to Yoda. That is 100% accurate. Take as many classes you can with him before he retires.

He is an amazing professor! He is so laid back and when he talks the whole room listens. You take your own notes listening to him lecture, you do some reading, and your whole grade is based on the assignment you turn in at the end of the semester. I wish more professors were like him. You will not regret a class with this guy.

Very easy going professor! I had him for History and Culture of China and your only grades for this class is the take-home midterm and final essay exams, which he gives you all of the questions for on the first day of class and you have until the last day to turn them in. But I wouldn't recommend procrastinating on them. Get a jump start on them.

I took this Friday class to fulfill one of my basic gen eds at Western and I found Bob to be very insightful and laid back. If you need very easy going classes to take prior to transferring there, take them with him. Your entire grade is based on how thorough you answer his essay questions. The longer you make your answers, the higher the score.

For a Friday Humanities class, it goes by super fast. Only 10 essay questions to thoroughly answer and turn in as late as the last day of class. But he grades super easy so there's no way you should get below an A unless you don't turn it in. If you're looking for a super easy basic gen ed credits to take to transfer to Western, take his classes.

Very philosophical, very relatable, and very wise like Yoda. For all of his 200-level courses, the workload is much lighter than I originally anticipated. I'm glad that I switched out of most of my classes so I can take him back-to-back for the semester. I would highly recommend him over any of the other philosophy/humanities profs. at KVCC.

Great professor for those who like flexibility with deadlines and prefer to get good grades without putting a lot of stress on themselves to work for them. I recommend that you knock out all of his courses in one semester since his workload is very light. If you're very motivated, it shouldn't take you more than a month to finish all the homework.

He only takes attendance for the first 2 weeks. After that, you can choose to attend the lectures or screenings of old films and take notes on what he is talking/presenting. He gives you all of the coursework on the first day of class and you have until the last day of class to turn it in. If you like less deadlines, then he's your professor. :)

I took every single humanities course taught by Bob because the coursework in his classes are very lightweight. There's no need to study for any quizzes, tests, or exams because all of the coursework he gives you attached to the syllabus you can either look up online or go to the library and browse for your answers in any of the textbooks.

Literally the best man on the planet. Really awesome quotes, and so inspirational in almost all of his lectures. Even though his classes may be easy to achieve a great grade, its definitely worth being in his classroom to hear his wonderful words of wisdom. Bobert (Robert Badra) is the man, myth, and legend. I suggest taking one of his classes!!!
