One of my favorite instructors. Luckily I had him when he taught in a classroom setting! He had some great stories about cases. Classes were interesting, tests were easy if you listened. Very smart, classy guy. I miss him. I wish he taught other law classes.

Helpful when you can get a hold of him. Tests for the telecourse were next to impossible unless you practice law. 80+ questions that are each basically case studies in themselves. Make sure to allow 2 hours per test minimum. You have to know how to apply all the concepts inside and out.

took his spring/summer telecourse...i was very satisfied...he's very helpful also willing to help if u call him home..gives out review sheets and goes over each and everything before exams gives personal examples..he's retired but still teaches telecourse...take him asap

Mr. Boeke retired from full-time teaching, but teaches a few classes through telecourses. Super nice guy, wish I could have had him as a teacher in a traditional class. Very helpful, always willing to explain and treats students with respect. His classroom reviews before the tests helped alot!

Great teacher! Unfortunately retired now. He was always willing to answer questions and give advice to anyone that had some sort of situation concerning the law going on in their lives. He gave great examples and covered everything that was on the tests.
