Comment:

Since i took in summer, it was so hot and many students were tired and wanted to live their best life. Brode understood that and let us out early almost every day. When i saw syllabus i thought it be hard, but we were only graded on open book final. Lectures were interesting and it was fun course, but everyone seemed so quiet and dead;well summer.

I took this prof for Business Law for my major and I have to say he certainly is a great professor. He brings the information to life and knows not that many students would find the material interesting, but he makes it interesting with personal anecdotes and humor. Final was open book and I ended up getting an A. Certainly a nice boost to my gpa(:

One of the only classes I truly wanted to attend every week. Professor Brode puts so much knowledge and enthusiasm behind what he teaches that it makes every class period more interesting than the last. If he wasn't retiring I'd recommend him to anyone wanting to get into this major.

Professor Brode made class something to look forward to. I genuinely enjoyed my time in the class and am sad that he is retiring, but glad I was able to have the opportunity to learn from him. He connects with his students and makes the course material easy to understand. Class didn't feel like class. I LOVE YOU BRODE!!!

Brode is one of the best administrative of justice teachers at college of the canyons. He really knows how to make the class fun, he calls you a lot but its okay he is super funny. He always has jokes and some amazing stories. He is one of my favorite professors I have taken.

Professor Brode is hands down the best professor I've ever hand. His lectures are one of a kind, every day is different. I'm a little sad he's retiring because I finally found a professor that genuinely cares about his students. Best of luck!

Brode is a great teacher I've taken 3 of his classes and loved every single one! I wish i could of taken a lot more! I look forward to his class everyday. He likes to talk about whats going on in the real world and gives it to you straight. Loves hearing your opinion and loves to share his opinions. Best Professor at COC!

Brode is truly one of the best professors at COC, he is laid back, funny, and really has a class that everyone enjoys showing up to. It is the only class that I have shown up to with it being cancelled and had students (including myself) wishing class had not been cancelled because of how much fun the class is. I would 100% suggest taking his class

Looked forward to going to class everyday. There was not one class that I did not laugh. Learned so many new things. Just take notes during class and the midterm and Final would be very easy. Its OPEN NOTES TOO!

Wow, there was not one class I attended where I did not laugh. This professor is so funny and fun to have. I really enjoyed taking this course and would again. Im gonna miss having this class. You feel like friends by the end of the semester.
