This is a great class. Gives plenty time on tests, 20 questions in 60 minutes with 2 attempts. There is a quiz every week and assignments. Discussions are due every 2-3 weeks. Easy A if you read the book.

This professor is the biggest a** ever. He is the typical jerk teacher. He NEVER responds to email. He admits to not being a "teachy-teacher" but requires you to know things that are NOT in the book. He does not like to be challenged either. FL Civil class but he's not a registered FL Bar member and he practices Crim Law up North. REALLY?

WWW class. Easiest class ever. Ample time for quizzes/tests which are directly word for word out of the notes or book. Cherry will definitely flame you in discussions, if you say stupid things, and he isn't very reliable, but with little to no effort you can pull an A. Good class if you have a heavy course load.

Taking 2 on-line classes w/him same semester. Tells you what you need to know, not a lot of homework, tests are challenging but not impossible due to generous time allotted. Can be a lil cocky but haven't meant a lawyer who wasn't. Fair teacher/take him. Slow grader...

Great Class. I took the online version and ended up with an A. plenty of time to take each exam. I sat there with the book open and looked up every quesiton I was unsure about. Just do weekly postings and you will be fine.

Dr Cherry is amazing. He's always willing to help and listen. I've taken him for every semester now, and many of the other students in his class take him for every class they can too. He doesn't give a lot of homework. They are few and far between in most of his classes, legal writing only has a few assignments as well.

Oksy, I must say the class is rather easy... but i don't like his attitude. I have him for an online class and he is very cocky and rude through his course e-mails... So if you take him online then you should be okay so you don't have to deal with his rudness face-to-face... b/c the class isn't too hard.

Dr. Cherry is my favorite professor at UCF. He strictly follows his syllabus and tells you what he expects from you on the exam. For our final, he told us what was on it. He is strict on attendance while I dont feel it matters in the end because if you spent a little time studying, you'll do well. Exams are pretty self explanatory def t/f mchoice!

I agree with the previous commentator. Class is easy teacher responds slowly. I turned in my final paper a month ago and it is to this day not graded. I also sent an e-mail in mid November but he never responded. I never really knew where I was with my grades or what I needed on the final exam.
