Best professor I've had at UK. He's always willing to help students, even with things unrelated to class. The best person to get advising advice from too. He truly cares about his students. As long as the effort is there, he will take note of that when it comes to grading. Overall great professor and great guy!

He has a good sence of humor that makes class enjoyable but he does speak a little monotone so it can be easy to drift out, if you have been around horses everything he says will seem like common sence but dont be fooled learn specifics and study for tests

I took Dr. Coleman's class in the fall, and it isn't a hard class at all. Not a required textbook. Show up to class, pay attention and take notes...should be an easy B, have to work for an A. He's also my advisor and has been extremely helpful thus far.

Not only is he my advisor, but he's also one of the best professor's i've ever had. he's helpful and will work with you on subject matter, and will always make time to meet with you. He makes class interesting, and tests aren't too hard if you show up to class.
