Comment:

There is no better way to make students hate learning and want to quit than to speak condescendingly to them. Bob is a headstrong guy who wheres his mostly negative emotions on his sleeve, he'd make a poor poker player.

I have no doubt Bob knows the content, but he is obviously not cut out of teacher cloth because he cannot convey the concepts. He talks and talks but says very little. He alienates students by speaking down to them. He is egotistical, arrogant and ignorant and I'm not sure why because he is not accomplished enough to be so full of himself.

Doesn't manage his time, wastes time on easy or unimportant stuff and flies through important stuff. Answers questions with questions. Gets things mixed up while teaching. Puts questions you've never seen before on tests. Likes fail people as an "eye opener". Puts 10% questions on final that you only took fifteen minutes to look at in class.
