I took Bovey at another university and she is AMAZING. She is tough, critical, and extremely fair. She will challenge you beyond the point of your comfort zone, and when you return you will be all the grateful for it. As she liked to say, "Don't let the bear get you, Be the Bear" If you want ease take another, you want to learn then choose her.

I'm glad I took Bovey's classes because I now have a much better understanding of graphic arts. If I added some IT classes from CCAC, I feel that she's prepared me enough that I could make a go at it in web design. Bovey has high standards, and she likes to talk politics (a PowerPoint presentation is required for each class). So do I, so I loved her all the more. Plus, she's hot. Computers + hot professor = take these classes.

Bovey is seriously the best teacher ever. Ok, yeah she has her favorites. But if you do the work yo uare capable of doin, you will get a good grade. She grades fair. Her class is always funny, and her knowledge of design is incredible. TAKE HER CLASS!

Bovey is one of the best teachers I've ever had in my life! She's smart and fun but also serious about what she teaches. She's a great artist with talent. She's the most inspiring professor of the department.

She has her favorites (the boys) and she's a real perfectionist. One wrong move and she black**** you. She has a very succint and curt way of pretty much telling you that you suck. Take a class with Delanie, Ed Powell-- they promote self-esteem.
