Dr. Neal is a great Professor. Added humor and real life lessons to every lecture. Very understanding and easy to work with as an Advisor too. He is missed.

Dr. Neal was the best professor that school had and they fired him because rather than spend all his time writing "scholarly journals" he spent it with his students, teaching, caring, listening. He was a great professor and a great friend. I miss him terribly and the recreation dept. isn't the same. He's the only one that was realistic there.

Dr. Neal is the prof. to beat, he's funny, entertaining, and really cares about telling you the truths he can be very sarcastic but that's the best part about him, he tells it like it is, SHOW UP, he gives grades for attendence, his tests can be hard if you don't study and use common sense, read questions thouroughly!! EASY AND FUN!!

The only prof who doesn't try to throw his doctorate at you! Dr. Neal is the only prof. that acts like he gives a damn about his students. His classes are pretty intersting and he gives examples of his real world experience as a park ranger and city rec board member. His tests can be difficult so study before them.

Only professor to take time to help all students. I've seen them lined up waiting for his help, and that's because he really cares about us and is very approachable. Great teaching style, love it. He uses his past career experiences to help us learn what we might face when we get jobs.

Neal is a funny professor reminds me of Robin Williams in Dead Poet Society. By the way he teachs. He is an assest to Western, he cares and has a million stories. Kudos!!!
