Flannery tells you to make the project your own, but she grades you on her standards that are nearly impossible to obtain. She expects too much from you, as if you've been out in the business world for years. She expects you to already know a lot of the content when the point of a class is to learn. I would NOT recommend her.

Very difficult, demanding class. So much work outside of class which includes much group work. There aren't many points as tests make up for half the class grade, so every assignment needs serious attention. Very strict grading. Nice teacher and very enthusiastic but confusing at times. Don't expect direction, just like real world.

I hated this class. She gives you a huge project and no direction. On top of that, I got stuck with the worst group ever who didn't work with me at all! now I'm getting a bad grade because she wouldn't reassign me after I talked to her about how my group wound not work with me. Definitely NOT FAIR

Amazing teacher! Strongly suggest if you get the chance to take her. She clearly presents what she expects from you and is willing to work with you when ever you need help. One of the best teachers I've ever had.

She is a really good teacher. The class entails ALOT of work, and out of class things to complete Campus Kitchens stuff on time. The class is not hard, but it just takes alot of in and out of class time to complete.

The CK project is a good project but if your not hear to learn and dont want to push yourself than dont take her class, her tests though are tough i think she needs to make them clear!! but overall a great teacher

Dont listen to any of the bad comments on here. Brenda is a very caring teacher and actually has material that is useful in the world outside of school. The Campus Kitchens project was a little sketchy, but way better than doing some stupid project that you learn nothing from, and does nothing to help other people.

The project was new, so of course it was unclear. Projects in the "real world" arent always going to be clear either. I learned a lot even though our project didnt go that smooth. Her tests are tough, but it forces you to learn. Something a lot of people seem forget they are here to do! Shes a great teacher, one of the best Ive had in my 4 yrs

This was by far the worst class I have taking so far in the college of business. She started a brand new project and used us as a demo class. Very unclear, no clue what is going on. Wastes lots of class time. I feel i have learned nothing. tests are hard, highest grade was an 88 and she refused to curve it. I would not recomend to take her.

wastes most of the class telling stores or getting into disagreements with students about something no one gives a rip about. And the Campus kitchen idea if you have to do it is going to be hard and you will learn nothing from it. I would aviod this teacher. She is not that great, it takes her more than a month to grade a paper, which she shouldn't have given since there is already so much work already and she doesn't do anything she says she is going to. Have group project supposed to have time in class and dont get it. I do not recomend her.
