Borlas is a nut. He also is a great teacher. Extremely knowledgeable. Class lectures are infused with detail, big picture story arcs, and slight infusion of his own personal political insight, although he only mentions his positions in comic tone and is meant for stress relief as topics can get heavy. One of the best class experiences ever.

To the credit of Dr. Borlas,I am currently finishing my PhD in Political Science. He was tremendous influence in my decision to pursue my studies in the discipline of Political Science. His knowledge on the subject matter helped me make a smooth transition from undergraduate to graduate level courses. He is a tremendous guy.

The best professor i have ever had in my life. I left Quincy recently because i found a better school, but i will miss borlas. He was helpful, gave the best information, and is more like a friend than a professor.
