Flick tells the same stories multiple times. The stories are fun for awhile, but hearing it over and over again is a bit redundent. That being said, he's nice guy and it's an easy A.

Overall the class was not my favorite. We had weekly posts to do and responded to our classmates. Other than that we just had two test (midterm and final) for grades. Mr. Flick was pretty good at responding back to emails though. If you do not want to teach yourself then I would not recommend this class.

I highly recommend to anyone that is wanting to get into law enforcement or intrigued with police science. He is a great Professor and you will learn from the best a former Sgt. for the NYPD

Good class overall, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going the route I did in taking the distance version of the class - it tended to really drag on... Professor seemed to genuinely care about students though, and it was fun having someone with so much experience in the field. The class time was most of the time stories and book summary.

I TOOK ALL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE CLASS THAT FLICK OFFERS AT PVCC. HE IS A GREAT TEACHER AND HAS THE EXPERIENCE TO TEACH POLICE SCIENCE BECAUSE HE IS A RETIRED POLICE OFFICER HIMSELF. USES THE TEXT BOOKS A LOT AND DOES NOT BELIEVE IN A LOT OF HOME WORK. CLASS GET TO GO ON FIELD TRIPS!!! I GOT A'S AND B'S IN ALL CLASSES WITH FLICK.

Flick is a cool old man. He definatley knows his sh**. Being a police leutinant in New York definatley helps I guess. The information is really interesting and the tests are cake walks. Most of it is common sense. His lectures can be very boring however, and there is ALOT of highlighting in the book
