This guy is AMAZING!! He's very caring for his student and is hilarious. He gives extra credit now and again if you go to class and gives great study guides for the exam. He literally wants to see everyone learn and get a good grade in the course. Tests are fair.

He seem's to genuinely care about his students, is incredibly politically correct, loves giving group assignments, biggest flaw is he never ever ever lets class out early holiday or not, done with work or not you are not going anywhere until the time is up

With no textbook, you have to do the assigned topical readingsarticles. Lectures could be a bit boring, but he could be funny every once in a while. He is there for any type of help when you need it as well. Tests could ask for some minute details unfortunately, but he also gave out random extra credit for attending class. Overall a good class!

A lot of material is covered so test can be challenging. There is no book, just readings on on course. Takes attendance but it only counts for extra credit. Nice guy. Lectures tend to be boring, just make sure to review slides.

Fairly easy class based on lectures and readings from articles. The professor is really nice and gives lots of extra credit. Tests are rather detailed, so be sure to study the powerpoints carefully. Overall, interesting class to take, and doesn't really require much work apart from a few writing assignments and article readings.

Comment:
No textbooks but good exposure to scientific articles. His class is fun and he uses many videos and group activities to keep it engaging. However, he isn't the best lecturer so when he lectured about different disorders, it got boring. The class was pretty easy. I crammed mostly the day before the exam. It is a good upper level neuro class to take.

Class consisted of reading articles (instead of book), writing a few short (easy) papers, and listening to ppts. O'Donnell was helpful outside of class and is a nice guy- gives extra credit. Tests are fair and all multiple choice.

Attendance not mandatory, but does random worksheets in class that count as attendance. About 4 written hw assignments throughout. Tests are fair, not hard or easy. All MC questions with maybe 1 short essay at the end. No textbook, just readings. 1 long research paper at the end. Overall, it just depends how much you like the subject matter.

At first I didn't think that I would this teacher but in the end, I ended up loving the class. Although he's a little boring he tries to make jokes of the subject matter. The subject matter is very interesting and he's very helpful both inside and outside of class. He also brings in good and interesting teaching aids like videos and cassette recordings.
